Other Boarding Services

Horse Blanket Service


  • Blanketing is the responsibility of the OWNER
  • A $2 charge per blanket adjustment will be made if Paradise Acres is conducting blanket changes (off or on) upon request of the owner


Farrier Holding


  • Scheduling farrier services is the responsibility of the owner. Horses are welcome to join Paradise Acres Ranch’s 6-8 week farrier rotation upon request. A $15 handling fee will apply if clients are not there to catch/hold horses for the farrier on Farrier Days


Vet Holding/Non-Emergency Care Cost


  • Dental, routine vet visits, Chiro, massage appointment etc. are the responsibility of the owner. If Paradise Acres Ranch has to schedule/hold for a non-emergent appointment a $15 fee will apply


Additional Trailer Parking


  • All borders are entitled to one free trailer parking spot. Additional trailers will be charged $50 per trailer per month


Specific Feeding Requirements


  • Paradise Acres Ranch agrees: in addition to normal and reasonable care and handling to maintain the health and well-being of the horse(s). Hay, feed, water, shelter and grade salt will be fed to the horse daily. Extra mineral/grain/supplements are the responsibility of the OWNER. If the owner packages/organizes/delivers these feeds the STABLE will provide the horse(s) feed, free of charge once a day. Additional daily feedings will be charged $5 per day.

Indoor Arena

Paradise Acres Ranch is proud to offer our 80×120 Indoor Riding Arena to our extended community.

 

Please contact the ranch for specific inquiries and availability, however our base rates are as followed:


Drop in Hours of Operation 8am-10pm unless a private function is happening. House priority to lessons and house training. 


  • Haul In Rate– $21 per Horse 
  • Monthly Arena Pass– $52.50 per person (Unlimited Ride Times subject to availability)
  • Kids under 12 ride their horses for Free- Families Encouraged!

 

Facility Rentals


Having an event or family function… Rent the Facility! 


Rental includes access to the arena space including washroom. Refundable security deposit is required for facility rentals. Rentals can be made for activities other than equine (Example: canine groups, forest rangers, 4-H ect.)



  • Day Rate (8am-5pm) $250
  • Evening Rate (6pm-10pm) $200 Hauls In’s and Facility Rentals will be required to follow our Arena Rules and Biosecurity/Vaccination Protocols. Please request specific documents upon booking.

Outdoor Arena/Round Pen

The Outdoor Arena is open to community members 6 days a week, 10am-9pm, as long as it does not interfere with a Paradise Acres Ranch scheduled event. Closed Sundays.


Scheduling for Lessons and Horse Training take priority. Boarders and community members are welcome to book a time slot in the arena after they have checked availability.
